Services

Blue Texta Counselling provides confidential online counselling sessions for adults. Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via secure video call. Counselling is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and is not appropriate for crisis or emergency situations.

In an emergency

If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please call 000 (Australia), Lifeline on 13 11 14, or attend your nearest emergency department.

Fees and payment

Sessions are $119 AUD, payable at the time of booking via secure card payment through Stripe. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or missed appointments, are charged at 50% of the session fee.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable under the cancellation policy) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Confidentiality

All sessions and personal information are confidential, subject to the limits described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
