We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, preferred session times, and anything you choose to share in session notes or correspondence. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card information.

• To meet professional, legal and regulatory obligations

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is confidential. Limits to confidentiality apply where there is a serious risk to yourself or others, where required by law (e.g. subpoena), or where mandatory reporting obligations apply.

Storage and security

Records are stored securely in line with the Australian Counselling Association's code of ethics. Digital records are kept on encrypted, access-controlled systems.
