About
A different kind of space — gentler, slower, more personal

I have spent much of my life working with people — listening, guiding, supporting, and walking alongside them through extremely complex and challenging experiences.
For over 30 years, my work in human resources management has placed me at the centre of real human moments on a daily basis: pressure, conflict, loss, uncertainty, change, and joy. This lived experience has given me a deep respect for how much people carry, often quietly, while continuing to show up in their lives.
Counselling is where I create a different kind of space — gentler, slower, more personal, and focused on the person's identity in life, not always their work role.
You do not need the right words to start. We begin where you are today.
My approach
Always person-centred. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and integrative evidence-based counselling methods — moving at a pace that feels safe for you.
Using ACT, we learn how to relate to complex thoughts and feelings so they feel lighter to carry — and you can move toward a meaningful life.
