Our first conversation is unhurried. It's a chance to share what's bothering you, in as much or as little detail as you like — and to feel into whether we are a good fit.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held online by secure video. You can attend from wherever feels safe and quiet for you.
Investment

per 50-minute session
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are charged at 50% of the session fee.
